The business is owned & operated by Steve & Lynda Shaw who have over 25 years experience in marine fibreglass construction techniques and now their son Brendon adds his expertise to the Powercat team. The smoothness and dryness of their ride, particularly in rough seas has to be experienced to be believed…Why? The thin narrow twin hulls slice through the water; whereas the broader surface of a monohull slaps at it. A cat also has a tunnel the faster the cat goes, the more air is able to enter the tunnel.
