They start with a heavy-duty, .090 gauge aluminum, multi-chambered 25′ and 27′ tube, and a .100 gauge aluminum, 2-piece nosecone.Their splash deflectors are built in, not welded to the tube, to ensure the strongest structure.They then use extruded, heavy-duty M-brackets to attach the pontoon to the deck.Their oversized footprint results in greater strength and stability, and our pressure-tested tubes guarantee an airtight seal in the tubes and welds.Their PALS tube vents compensate for temperature fluctuation and prevent the tube from filling with water if punctured below the water line.Their railings are secured to the deck using their patented rail spacers to allow for faster drying of the deck and carpet.They then add their exclusive pearl essence finish after welding. Pearl rail finish is superior to powder coating, and is guaranteed not to crack, chip or peel. An industrial-strength silicone caulk applied to each panel ensures a quiet, rattle-free ride.
